A wine with a bitter taste, quite high acidity with a medium to full body and lemon-green colour without huge contrasts.
Pairing
The acidity and seafood sensation of Assyrtiko "marries" perfectly with shellfish, seafood and fish, especially if you drizzle a little lemon on top. On the other hand, ideal earthy combinations are lamb or roast goat.

Intense aroma of red fruits, nuts and sweet spices with a hint of vanilla on the finish.
Pairing
